  • Interact with external and internal customers in a professional, helpful and courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming phone calls by responding to request and assisting with inquiries.
  • Place outbound calls to clients and client representatives to discuss returning company equipment.
  • Ability to resolve problems by clarifying issues, exploring answers, and alternative solutions
  • Answer client questions using scripted and non-scripted responses.
  • Record details of calls and messages.
  • Refer client complaints to appropriate persons.
  • Recognize, document, and alert manager of trends in calls and communications received.
  • Attempt to convert clients who lose coverage through government agencies/third parties and persuade clients to reconsider cancellation.
  • Maintain project productivity and quality goals.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • 1-2 years of related professional experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when needed
  • Self-motivation and be self-directed 
  • A positive attitude
  • Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • High School Diploma or GED Required
