Our Technical Care Representatives are part of the Operations Team and are responsible for resolving device issues with VRI customers. Technical Care Reps handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, help desk tickets, reports, maintenance signals from devices, and other communications from clients, family members, Case Managers, and Agencies. Technical Care Representatives are expected to provide excellent customer service to our parents and grandparents by ensuring their devices are functioning properly.    

The HR Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the creation, updating, and applying all HR policies and company guidelines and making sure they adhere to VRI standards and laws initiated by authorities. The HR Coordinator will also be responsible for acting as an employee champion and assist with process improvements in the areas of recruiting, payroll, benefits, and employee experience.   Location: Franklin OH 45005 - Has the ability to work remotely or in office based on the demands of specific job tasks. Salary: $45,000

Responsible for overseeing various administrative projects. VRI’s Office Administrator will be responsible for things like welcoming visitors, coordinating meetings, and incoming/out mail.   Location: Franklin OH 45005 Schedule: Part Time Monday - Friday  Hourly Range: $15.00 - $17.00 

Responsible for the first 30 days of the employee life cycle. The Onboarding Representative will be responsible for all preemployment communication, screenings, and scheduling for new Modivcare Home employees.      Location: Franklin OH 45005 - Has the ability to work remotely or in office based on the demands of specific job tasks. Salary: $45,000

Responsible for the hiring, development, performance and engagement of Care Center Representatives, who deliver compassionate and valued support to VRI’s parents and grandparents. The ASM fosters a collective team culture that emphasizes mutual support and embraces industry and call center best practices. This position serves as a developmental role at VRI and may require participation in other projects and activities outside of the primary Care Center organization.   Schedule Options: - 1st or 2nd Shift Available  - Tuesday - Saturday  - Wednesday - Saturday   Hourly Range: $17.00 - $20.00

The Meals Services Representative is responsible for receiving and validating referrals and authorizations for meals services from case managers and agencies for potential clients. Additionally, the representative is responsible for establishing client services, setting up and maintaining meal preferences and providing support to clients and case managers throughout the duration of services. Meals Services Representatives provide support via phone calls, emails, faxes, H2H helpdesk tickets and portal messages.   Schedules: - 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday - 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday -  Friday

Our client services representatives are part of the Operations Department and are responsible for daily interaction via phone, mail, email, or personally with VRI customers (internal/external) and VRI team members. Client services representatives handle inbound phone calls, emails, and either route communications to other teams responsible for that work or respond to client and related services themselves. The client services rep also manages H2H (our helpdesk) tickets, other reports, and the required action those tickets and reports specify. Client services representatives work to maintain accurate and complete client and company records, ensure a positive working relationship with all parties, and provide excellent customer service.     Schedule: 8:30am to 5:00pm EST Monday - Friday

The Payment Poster is responsible for accurately posting of all payments received by Check, EFT, or Credit Card.   In office requirement: 2 days a week  Hourly range: $17.00 - $19.00

In this role the Quality Assurance Auditor will be responsible for improving team member effectiveness and on meeting customer service/customer experience goals. Accomplishing these goals often requires that coaches’ function in a variety of consultative roles, including monitoring, mentoring, training and ongoing career development. This role will at times be required to serve as a Care Center Representative handling all alarms and inbound phone calls.   Must be fluent in Spanish  Hourly Rate: $16.00 - $18.00 Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30am EST
