Responsible for daily interaction via phone, mail, email, or personally with VRI Customers (Internal/External) and VRI Team Members to establish and/or maintain a positive working relationship with all parties. Serve as a Customer Service Representative handling inbound phone calls, managing reports and making outbound phone calls to resolve client issues.   Schedule: Monday-Friday - 8:00am - 4:30pm EST - 11:30am - 8:00pm EST

The Intra Data Analyst will serve as queue manager working with the Care Center, Technical Support, Customer Service and Vitals teams and will be responsible for all WFM tasks within the department. Key responsibilities will include attendance and scheduling functions.     Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 11:30am to 8:00pm EST  

Responsible for the hiring, development, performance and engagement of Care Center Representatives, who deliver compassionate and valued support to VRI’s parents and grandparents.  The ASM fosters a collective team culture that emphasizes mutual support and embraces industry and call center best practices.  This position serves as a developmental role at VRI and may require participation in other projects and activities outside of the primary Care Center organization.   Schedule: 12:00pm to 10:30pm EST Wednesday - Saturday
