Second Shift Remote Opportunity 11:30am-8:00pm EST Monday-Friday
Our client services representatives are part of the Operations Department and are responsible for daily interaction via phone, mail, email, or personally with VRI customers (internal/external) and VRI team members. Client services representatives handle inbound phone calls, emails, and either route communications to other teams responsible for that work or respond to client and related services themselves. The client services rep also manages H2H (our helpdesk) tickets, other reports, and the required action those tickets and reports specify. Client services representatives work to maintain accurate and complete client and company records, ensure a positive working relationship with all parties, and provide excellent customer service.

VRI is looking for a Device Cleaning Technician who's main responsibility will be cleaning and repairing VRI equipment. Additional duties may include order fulfillment, packaging and shipping of devices.

Responsible for acting as a liaison between VRI and VRI customers, prospective customers, trial clients and self-pay clients. Will be responsible for new client referrals and contacting clients to verify referral information, while explaining services being offered. The representative must be knowledgeable in all VRI device types and able to assist clients in all self-install situations.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:30am - 7:00pm EST
The Client Welcome Services Representative (CWSR) is part of the Operations Department. A CWSR is primarily responsible for onboarding new clients and completing client profiles. CWSRs are the first point of contact and the first voice of VRI for new clients and care givers. Initial referrals are completed by the Case Manager Services Team. Once completed, CWSRs contact new clients, welcome them to VRI, and complete their records so the client is ready for installation and activation.

The Business Systems Analyst acts as a liaison between the Development team and the users of technology company wide.
Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000

Responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of new and existing software applications written in a variety of programming languages and technologies including ASP.NET, C#, HTML/CSS, Javascript, RESTful web services, windows services and Microsoft SQL stored procedures focused on integrating business systems with the internal business applications and external vendors. Assist in planning, conducting, analyzing and providing recommendations on performance and quality testing.
Salary Range: 60,000 to 115,000
